Krissy Lamont

Krissy is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.

She is a passionate advocate and litigator, with a key focus on client outcomes. Krissy understands the importance of preparation and approaching matters holistically for the best chance of success.

Krissy’s experience has involved a broad range of matters including winding up applications, liquidator claims, franchise disputes, trust disputes, director disputes, breach of shareholder duties, unfair lending practises, and breach of obligations under the ACL.

Krissy has acted or appeared in matters across jurisdictions in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales.

Krissy enjoys working collaboratively with clients and aims to provide clarity whilst navigating complex issues. With problem solving at the forefront, Krissy provides clear advice and support to clients facing disputes and litigation.

Krissy completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Psychological Science at Griffith University in 2019.
