Jordan is a Senior Associate in the Employment practice group, where she assists clients with a broad spectrum of workplace related matters.
Jordan understands the complexities faced by employers in the modern workplace and the sensitivities that are often associated with workplace issues. Jordan is committed to taking an innovative approach to resolving workplace issues and ensuring practical commercial solutions are delivered.
Jordan was admitted to practice in 2019 after completing her studies at the Australian Catholic University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in History.
Jordan’s principal areas of practice include:
restraint of trade and protection of confidential information;
litigation and disputes including unfair dismissal and general protection applications;
preparing employment contracts and workplace policies;
disciplinary issues and performance management;
independent contractors;
business restructuring and redundancies; and
agreement and award interpretation.
