Jake is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.

Jake is a tenacious litigator, with a keen eye for commercial and practical solutions bringing about certainty and outcomes for clients.

As a problem solver, Jake prides himself on working collaboratively and diligently with clients and colleagues to engender a trusting, respectful and productive working relationship. His primary focus is squarely on his clients to work through what can be an uncertain and challenging time.

Jake’s experience in commercial litigation stretches far: it includes matters involving both legal and equitable claims over property, breaches of director’s duties, breaches of contract, breaches of the Australian Consumer Law, oppression claims under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and negligence matters. That experience traverses various jurisdictions and at various levels of the judicial system, including the High Court of Australia.

Jake is keen and able to jump in and assist clients at whatever stage clients find themselves when faced with a legal dispute or issue.
