Jan Harnischmacher

Jan is an Associate in Sladen Legal’s business law team who works predominantly in the areas of estate and succession planning and superannuation.

Jan holds both a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and is fluent in Korean. Jan regularly contributes to Sladen Snippets on a variety of superannuation, state taxes and trusts topics, and her work has also been published externally, including in the Tax Institute Journal.

• Family and business asset protection

• Federal and State tax law advice

• Trust law advice and structuring

• Superannuation (with a specific focus on self managed superannuation funds)
