Kathy Nguyen
Kathy is the lead conveyancer in the Property and Development team at Sladen Legal.
Since starting in 2016, Kathy has obtained broad experience dealing with conveyancing and property law issues.
Kathy has significant experience in managing and completing settlements on large residential subdivisions, both land subdivisions and built form. Kathy works closely with developers, their estate agents and lenders to ensure that high volumes of project conveyancing are processed efficiently and effectively. Kathy always aims to provide professional and tailored services for her clients and her friendly disposition and willingness to assist has ensured she has received repeat business from many clients and their families.
Kathy is bi-lingual and is fluent in Vietnamese.
