Mark Enright is our General Manager – People & Capability.

As a member of the firm’s senior management team, Mark works closely with the firm’s CEO and Principals to deliver broad range human resources programs and initiatives.

Mark has a Bachelor of Management and a Master of Business Administration (specialising in Human Resources). He has worked in HR leadership roles for 20+ years across a variety of industries including engineering, health, professional services and law.

Mark joined the firm in March 2026.

Mark’s key areas of focus include:

  • Aligning human resources initiatives with the firm’s operational and strategic objectives.

  • Working closely with Principals to provide support for staffing matters, conflict resolution, transformation planning and talent management.

  • Continued enhancement of the learning and development and recruitment programs, including onboarding and inductions and continued legal education.

  • Coaching, change management, team leadership and OH&S compliance.

Mark is also a Director and treasurer of HRMinds which is an association committed to supporting the learning and development of human resources practitioners working in legal services firms.
