Inshani Ward is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. 

Inshani embraces new challenges and enjoys working closely with clients to guide them towards the most efficient and cost-effective pathway to resolution. 

Prior to joining Sladen Legal, Inshani worked for the State Government and at a national law firm where she gained significant advocacy and litigation experience appearing and managing matters in Victorian and Commonwealth Courts and Tribunals, including the High Court of Australia.

Outside of the firm, Inshani is on the Board of Environmental Justice Australia, a not-for-profit organisation.

Inshani's areas of practice include:

  • Corporations law disputes and regulatory investigations

  • Insolvency and restructuring

  • Competition and consumer law disputes including franchising and regulatory actions

  • Property, Owners Corporation, and Tenancy disputes

  • Contract, equitable and trust disputes
