The process allows purchasers and vendors to sign sale contracts electronically, whether in person in the sales office or from wherever they happen to be in the world. All they need is an internet connection and browser or smartphone to receive the contract and sign. Once signed by all parties each receives an electronic copy of the fully signed document for their records.
Electronically signing these contracts simplifies and speeds up the whole process end to end – from exchange to reporting. No longer is there a need to print, mail, sign with pen on paper and then mail back or scan and email. The entire process is handled seamlessly and instantly. A true game changer for the property development industry.
