Generation Z is entering the workforce in record numbers, and their expectations, values, and motivators are reshaping the modern workplace. Unlike previous generations, Gen Z employees are driven by flexibility, purpose, inclusivity, and rapid career development. They bring new energy, but also new challenges—particularly around communication styles, engagement, and retention.
In this session, Katherine Dennis will unpack what really drives Gen Z at work, the legal and cultural implications for employers, and practical strategies to adapt. You’ll gain insights into how to bridge generational differences, create a workplace culture that appeals across age groups, and avoid the common pitfalls that can lead to disengagement or conflict.
Whether you’re managing a multi-generational workforce or looking to attract and retain the next wave of talent, this webinar will provide valuable tools to future-proof your workplace.
