Ed joined the firm 8 years ago and has assisted in developing and building the trust and estate dispute management practice balanced with his succession planning practice and team management. Ed particularly enjoys imparting his knowledge and expertise with the development and mentoring of junior lawyers across the firm. His strategic insights and client-focused approach have consistently delivered exceptional outcomes.
Neil has built a reputation for his technical tax expertise and ishighly regarded for his ability to deliver technical content in webinars and at state and national conferences. Neil’s drive to teach and mentor up-and-coming tax lawyers is incredibly important to the firm, as is his ability to advise clients at the highest level on the tax aspects of significant transactions. Neil’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in expanding the firm's capabilities in the tax space.

The other significant announcement for Sladen Legal is the promotion of Claire Carrucan and Kaitilin Lowdon to Principal Lawyer.
Claire joined the property development team three years ago and has been an important conduit for the team on major development projects. Claire has been key to the growth of the Property practice at Sladen Legal with her wealth of experience in commercial and residential property gained both locally and overseas. Kaitilin Lowdon commenced with Sladen earlier this year, she has an excellent reputation in the federal tax space and has underpinned the firm’s taxation practice with her unparalleled passion for her craft. In her relatively brief time at Sladen Legal Kaitlin has solidified herself as an important part of the team and valued advisor to her clients. We also congratulate Kaitlin on her progression to Principal Lawyer.
