Will Monotti promoted to Special Counsel.
Will joined Sladen Legal as a graduate in early 2014 and has built a long and valued career with the firm. Throughout that time, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, commitment and a strong capability across a broad range of matters. Will is recognised for his practical approach, technical expertise and willingness to support colleagues, making him a trusted adviser to clients and a valued member of the firm.

Jake Cole promoted to Special Counsel.
Jake joined Sladen Legal's Disputes team in April 2025 and has quickly established himself as a valued member of the practice.
Since joining the firm, Jake has made a significant contribution to the continued growth of the Disputes team while also providing guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers. His practical approach, commercial insight and collaborative style have earned the trust of his clients and colleagues alike.
