We are seeking a talented and commercially minded Associate to join our highly regarded Property team in our Melbourne CBD office.
About the Role
You will work across the full lifecycle of property matters, including:
Property acquisitions and disposals
Residential, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments
Subdivisions and bulk residential land sales
Joint ventures and development agreements
Option agreements
Project and property management agreements
Owners corporation advice and agreements
Planning agreements
Tenders and expressions of interest
Leasing transactions
Advising on GST, stamp duty and other property-related considerations
This role offers genuine client contact, high-quality work and the opportunity to take ownership of matters while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Admission to practice in Victoria
3–5 years' post-admission experience in property law
Strong experience in property development work (highly regarded)
Proven ability to manage transactions and build client relationships
A commercial and proactive approach, with strong attention to detail
