The Role:  

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives within our IT and Business Transformation roadmap.  This is a critical role that will drive business analysis excellence across multiple programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and enhanced client service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation across multiple projects 

  • Conduct process analysis and mapping to identify gaps and improvement opportunities 

  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to align business and technical needs 

  • Draft business cases, functional specifications, and test plans 

  • Support solution validation and vendor selection (RFP process) 

About You: 

You are a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with: 

  • Proven experience in regulatory compliance (AML or similar highly desirable) 

  • Strong background in workflow automation, legal tech, or document generation platforms 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic project team manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience in a law firm will be highly desirable
