About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Law Clerk to join our Business Law team, which specializes in State Taxes and Superannuation. In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with legal research and analysis on relevant case law.
Drafting correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
Managing administrative tasks related to Business Law matters.
Coordinating and attending client meetings and discussions with relevant authorities.
Supporting team members in preparing legal presentations and submissions.
Participating in firm-wide CPD and team events.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be available to work three days per week at our Melbourne CBD office.
Have a genuine interest in Business Law, particularly in State Taxes and Superannuation.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrate attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Be in the final year of their law degree (preferred).
