This is a rare opportunity to join a leading legal firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working with the GM of Business Transformation and wider Technology teams across three high-impact strategic projects.

We’re looking for someone with strong coordination experience who is ready to broaden their skills, gain exposure to business analysis, and actively contribute to meaningful transformation initiatives.

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of three major projects within the firm’s transformation program. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and subject-matter experts to ensure that project activities run smoothly, deadlines are met, and information flows effectively.

This role offers excellent development exposure for someone eager to grow into a Business Analyst path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination across three concurrent transformation projects

  • Support with reporting, governance, documentation, and project tracking

  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, status reports, process maps and stakeholder communications

  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and action follow-ups

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of tasks

  • Contribute to requirements gathering, process mapping, and BA-focused activities (with support and coaching)

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with standards and frameworks

About You

You will be someone who thrives on structure, hands-on support, and professional growth. Ideally, you bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator (legal/professional services preferred)

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability

  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail

  • Confidence using project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira or similar)

  • A genuine interest in building your skills towards a Business Analyst career path

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
