Victoria Aziz Agdam
Victoria is a Lawyer in the Business Law practice group where she works across a breadth of corporate and commercial and intellectual property matters. Victoria works directly with an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Law.
Victoria has worked with clients from a diverse range of industries on both day-to-day matters and large transactions. She has a strong commercial understanding and provides cross-functional legal advice. Victoria believes in the importance of knowing a client’s business and operations to provide commercially focused outcomes.
In addition to a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Victoria also holds a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences.
Outside of the office, Victoria is involved in The College of Law as well as the Victorian Women Lawyers, a non-for-profit association that aims to promote women in the law.
Victoria’s principal practice areas are:
Intellectual Property including maintenance and enforcement of IP rights in Australia, New Zealand, China and India
Corporate and Commercial Law including day-to-day advice as well as company and trust structures and restructuring
Property Law including commercial lease reviews and variations as well as residential property purchases
Mergers and acquisitions
Employment Law including preparing employment contracts, workplace operations advice and workplace investigations
