Rob Jeremiah Announces Retirement After a Distinguished Legal Career

We are honoured to announce that our esteemed consultant, Rob Jeremiah, will retire from active practice at Sladen Legal, effective 5 December 2025

Since joining our predecessor firm as a second-year lawyer in 1977 and becoming partner in 1981, Rob has been a pillar of our tax, superannuation and succession planning practice.

Recognised as a Chartered Tax Adviser and Accredited Specialist in both Tax Law and Business/Commercial Law, Rob has provided legal leadership across a broad array of areas including business structuring, asset protection, ATO dispute resolution, superannuation strategy, and estate and family succession planning.

Rob has actively contributed to the profession beyond his practice. He has served on the Law Institute of Victoria’s Tax Law Specialisation Committee, been a Director and Chair of the Technical Committee of the Self‑managed Independent Superannuation Funds Association (SISFA), and a member of the ATO Superannuation Industry Relationship Network (SIRN). His thought‑leadership has been sought at national seminars, webinars and conferences on tax, superannuation, trusts, asset protection and succession planning.

Rob’s presence at Sladen Legal will be greatly missed. His legacy of mentorship, technical excellence, and client‑centred service will endure throughout our firm. Rob has diligently handed over his files to capable hands in the relevant area of practice as he transitions to retirement.

On behalf of the entire Sladen Legal team, we thank Rob for his many years of dedicated service and wish him every success and enjoyment in what comes next.
