Monica is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team.
Monica practises in commercial litigation and has a strong focus on delivering practical and commercially effective outcomes for her clients. She approaches each matter with diligence and precision, bringing clarity and structure to complex disputes.
She works closely with clients to foster a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, recognising that disputes can often be a challenging and uncertain process. Her focus is on guiding clients through each stage with clear, strategic advice.
Monica’s experience spans a broad range of matters, including corporations disputes, insolvency proceedings, property and joint venture disputes, debt recovery, and estate litigation. She has acted and appeared in the Supreme Court of Victoria in debt recovery proceedings, as well as in matters across the Federal Court of Australia, the County Court, and VCAT.
Monica was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in October 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Kent and Bachelor of Laws from La Trobe University.
