Jordana Maycock
Jordana is an Associate in Sladen Legal’s employment law team, and has a predominant focus on advising employers on the full spectrum end-to-end life cycle of the employment process from recruitment to termination of employment and post-employment claims.
Employment and workplace relations can be a sensitive and challenging environment to navigate, particularly in Australia where there is a heavily regulated environment.
Jordana practices in all areas of Employment and Workplace Relations including workplace complaints and disputes, discrimination and equal opportunity, work, health & safety, termination on employment as well as the preparation of employment and engagement documentation, policies, procedures and training.
Jordana has experience advising clients in a range of industries such as hospitality, retail, medical and manufacturing and enjoys working with her clients to provide tailored, considered and strategic solutions.
Jordana holds a double degree with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Deakin University (Melbourne).
