Our Superannuation Package allows you to select from a range of products and send through instructions for one or many of the options from the list below, all in one transaction. The following items are available in the package:
New SMSF establishment - $550* (or $495* for Sladen Smart Members)
Update of SMSF trust deed - $660* (or $605* for Sladen Smart Members)
Incorporation of new SMSF Trustee or Bare Trustee/Custodian - $2750*
SMSF LRBA package (SMSF borrowing)
Bank Lender (premium package): $2640* (or $2530* for Sladen Smart Members)
Includes bare trust deed, deed of directions, relevant minutes, up to 1 hour of consultation time, stamping of the bare trust deed, arrangements involving up to 4 assets and a review of the bank loan and security documents.
Related Party Lender (premium package): $4400* (or $4290* for Sladen Smart Members)
Includes bare trust deed, deed of directions, relevant minutes, related party loan agreement (Division 7A if applicable), up to 1 hour of consultation time, stamping of the bare trust deed, lodging of the mortgage, and arrangements involving up to 4 assets. Exlcudes any Title Office lodgement fees, eg. for mortgages.
Change of SMSF trustee - $660* (or $605* for Sladen Smart Members)
SMSF pensions (account based pension and TRIS) - $550* (or $495* for Sladen Smart Members) for a single and $660* (or $605 for Sladen Smart Members) for a couple.
Super withdrawal package - $2,750*
