Kseniia Gasiuk
Kseniia is an Associate in Sladen Legal’s business law team, with a predominant focus on tax-related matters.
Taxation is complex. Kseniia’s passion is to assist clients to achieve their competitive business and taxation goals in a timely and innovative way.
Kseniia completed a Bachelor of Journalism at the University of Queensland and a Juris Doctor at Bond University. She is currently studying a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne specialising in tax law and completing the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification with The Tax Institute.
Kseniia practices in all areas of direct and indirect tax, with a focus on the taxation of trusts, corporate tax, M&A, international tax, and Division 7A.
Prior to working with Sladen, Kseniia commenced her career as a commercial and property lawyer in Queensland working with property and business clients. This included business sales and acquisitions, commercial property contracts, covenants, easements, franchising, leasing, retirement villages, and strata title developments.
