Laura is a Lawyer in the Intellectual Property practice group, where she assists clients in the registration, enforcement and commercial distribution of intellectual property assets. Laura strives to empower her clients’ businesses to prosper through effective, personalised IP advice and strategy.
Laura commenced her career in publishing and is proficient in the drafting of author contracts and agreements for the acquisition, clearance and licensing of intellectual property rights. Laura’s previous experience also extends to the negotiation of film and television options. She particularly values the opportunity to work with clients in the visual, performing or literary arts industries to commercialise and protect their creative works.
Laura was admitted to practice in 2019. She completed her studies at Deakin University with a Bachelor of Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts (Distinction), majoring in Literary Studies.
