Gemma is a lawyer in the Employment Law team where she assists companies across a broad range of industries to manage their employment, safety and industrial relations matters.
She is passionate about assisting her clients to overcome the challenges facing the modern workplace. She builds strong client relationships through open and honest communication and takes a practical and innovative approach to solving problems. She understands that her clients want to resolve their matters efficiently and she is focused on delivering results.
Gemma has completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Management, majoring in Human Resources. She is currently studying a Master of Laws with focus in Employment and Labour Relations Law.
Gemma practices across all areas of employment and industrial relations law. She has particular expertise in Fair Work Commission proceedings having previously worked as an Associate to a Presidential Member of the Commission.

All aspects of termination of employment including defending unfair dismissal claims
Restraint of trade and protection of confidential information and intellectual property
